I have been working at Articon-Integralis as a contractor (More than 5 years)
The work is easy and not difficult. Good working environment.
After shift handovers too much to process in a short period and there is not enough manpower to take care of the day to day activities at most times. There is a level of stress which superiors are not aware of. Operations moved to Singapore where the business has a final destination to sustain itself where costs are low but all of Asian engineers have not enough experience as in Europe and West Coast USA.
Advice to Management
Please understand the needs from the staff, not through the manager or supervisors. Managers portray a different picture every time.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Articon-Integralis (Ashburn, VA) in September 2012.
Recruiter screening, Director phone Interview, Ops Manager phone interview In person panel interview. It was not an easy interview, preparation is the key.
Offer and counter offer, counter to counter offer etc...
