    Provides best priority to the employees, needs and right work oppurtinities for all, no discrimination, friendly environment ,well organised ,no bad remarks.

    AS a huge company , some interests and ideas of all the employees are not taken into action, since , many options are brought by many.

    I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Arvind Sanghvi & Associates (Bengaluru (India)) in February 2012.

    Interview

    communications with the company was helpful , the interview was taken in a smooth manner and accordingly in a very systematic way. detailed information was collected from the company regarding the skills ,talent and ability of the candidate to find the right candidate for the right job. 22 no:s of interview was conducted, the interview was on all test, capabilities and the weakness and strengths of the candidates, in order to select the right candidate in which field he/she is strong, so that all the candidates are strictly scrutinised . The candidates were advised to perform their work in a disciplined manner and maintain and also strictly follow the rules and regulation of the company ,respect the company for the growth of the company. They were told to adapt the working culture of the company.

    Negotiation

    The negotiation was simple as only the right candidates were selected , and their co-operation was requested was excellent , therefore the negotiation process was a huge success.
    They were advised to co-operate , as they were given an offer , which they should know why are they selected. Thus, they should be grateful for getting selected and work in such a well organised and prestigious company.
