Pros

Positivity from everyone in the org chart all the way to the top. Growing company with the right direction in Technology, Productivity, Efficiency. Challenging, rewarding work; and with Work/Home

Cons

Average pay and benefits compared to some larger corporations, but I could see this improving as the company continues to grow.

I applied online. I interviewed at Ascend Learning (United States)

    Interview

Please don't waste your time getting interviewed with this company . They are highly biased and this company lacks diversity. They interviewed me for more than 2 hours ,including the first round with a hiring manager. Inspite of answering all the questions, they didnt select me .The recruiter literally took 2 and a half weeks to communicate to me. They hire only white /locals for product owner roles.
