    I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Ascend Staffing (Mesa, AZ) in July 2019.

    Interview

    VERY thorough. Loved every step. It started with a phone call and then I went in for a one on one with Ron the branch manager. A couple of days later I went for a “ride along” in the field with Ron to show my sales skills. After that I had a phone interview with Scott, the regional manager, and finally got an offer letter. An incredible amount of vetting to make sure that every employee is hard working and competent and I have an excellent team because of it.
