We will expand the role of laity, in both leadership and sponsorship, to ensure a Catholic health ministry in the future.

Ascension Health formed Ascension in 2012 to further its Mission of serving all persons especially those living in poverty and who are struggling the most, and to deliver compassionate, personalized care and lead healthcare transformation in the United States. Restructured as Ascension, we are positioned to meet the evolving needs of the people and communities we serve in the rapidly changing healthcare environment. Today, we continue an 800-year legacy and promise set forth by our original sponsor organizations to provide faith-based healthcare to those in need. Learn more.
At Ascension, we believe our people are our strength and we invest in them. Advice to Management
keep up the great work!
I applied in-person. The process took 6+ weeks. I interviewed at Ascension (Binghamton, NY) in March 2012.
March 2006, applied for and filled out application for open position. (Requested full time) Called in for a personal interview within 1 week. Spoke with a Nurse Manager, then was called within a few days for a second interview with 2 different Nurse managers. Offered a position, but it wasn't full-time. Within 3 months I was offered a full time job. Worked for the company for nearly 10 years, then was let go.
