Customer Service Representative
Does anyone here work for Fidelity? I saw that there are a bunch of customer service positions open and I don't know if it's somewhere that would fairly easy for someone with just 1 year of experience. I need to change where I'm at, but not sure how big of a company is really gonna hire me when I'm so new to things.

Advice to ManagementPerhaps have coaches check in more often regarding training schedules or questions. I think I was meeting with one every two weeks. Maybe once a week would be better.

InterviewLaid backed. Interviewer did not have camera on. Took less than an hour. Asked simple and easy questions. Was nice and kind. Not intense or intimidating. Very easy and not time consuming process
