I worked at Ashland Distribution full-time (More than a year)
Great company to work for: team environment, good benefits, competitive pay
Not too many opportunities for advancement unless your willing to relocate just about anywhere across country
Advice to Management
Have a manager training program which provides current supervisors an opportunity to shadow managers across the organization
I applied online. The process took 2+ weeks. I interviewed at Ashland Distribution (Dublin, OH).
People are hired through panel interviews, all job postings both internal and external are done by applying through the company website. Customer Support Representatives were hired through a temporary agency, Innosource. There is a minimum four month trial period during which employees are technically working for Innosource instead of Ashland.
Reasons for Declining
Better offer somewhere else
