I have been working at Ashland Water Technologies as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

Wonderful mentors with years of industry experience, leaders of their respective research backgrounds. Ability to utilize all resources and facilities to see through all projects beginning to end.

    Cons

None to speak of really. Management tends to be on the older side, however this may have changed since my internship in 2009.

    Application

I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Ashland Water Technologies.

    Interview

Went through an on-campus interview and was invited for an on-site interview. The on-campus interview was with a single recruiter with general questions. The on-site interview was 30 minute sessions with multiple members of the company with a technical presentation with questions.

    Interview Questions

    • As the technical content I presented was not of the company's expertise, the questions in general were with different scientific viewpoints. However, none were too difficult.   Answer Question
