I have been working at Asia TV USA full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

This is a great company to learn and sharpen your skills. If you have conviction and researched well, no one is going to stop you to do something new, in fact everyone would encourage you. It is truly a employee driven company, the owners are very much involved but they go by what we as frontliners suggest. The health care benefits offered to the employees are excellent. The work culture is open and nobody works in closed compartments, any one can even walk up to the CEO for an advise or discussion. One of the most successful media companies in India

    Cons

It is definitely not for Laggards and complacent people.

    Advice to Management

To keep investing in human resources which have proven over years, rather than burning fingers with the false promisers.

    Application

I applied through college or university. The process took a week. I interviewed at Asia TV USA (New York, NY) in September 2012.

    Interview

I applied through college career site and they contacted me via email in a week. I had 1:1 interview with the HR Manager. The interview lasted less than 30 minutes and most of the time I listened as she wanted me to understand what types of jobs I would do.
