I worked at Aspen Pharmacare full-time (More than a year)
The company is constantly changing, new things happening everyday. The people I met were some of the best people I've met.
The line managers are not trained to handle their subordinates. Employee turnover is very high, people are hired for their expertise however, they're cut down to fit smaller roles.
Advice to Management
If you want highly capable teams, have the confidence to allow them to do what you hired them for. Train executives to be leaders, they are causing the high turnover.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Aspen Pharmacare (Dublin, Co. Dublin (Ireland)) in December 2016.
Completed a 45 min one on one interview in their citywest offices. Only one stage to the interview process. Mostly situational based questions and discussion on previous work experience and education. Not particularly difficult. Interviewer was nice. They were willing to revise their offer to accommodate my issues with the length of the contract.
