I have been working at Aspire Lifestyles full-time (More than 3 years)
Decent Pay, zero commute (if you can work at home), improve on work and investigative skills. Usually lots of OT opportunities. Monthly bonuses are fairly easy to attain depending on the team you are on. My monthly bonus averages between $150 - $250.
Little to no room for advancement. Pay increases are practically non-existent. Huge lack of organization and no consistent methods of communication. Lots of tech problems.
Advice to Management
Value your employees and reward them with yearly pay increases, if you do this, they will value their jobs. Get WAY more organized and streamline your informational platform. Get better technology.
Sat there for hours completing tests at first which wasn't bad. Standard tests to see if you can do the position correctly. Then I was brought into a back room and was interviewed again. Sat there another 20 minutes and was interviewed again by a different person, however this person asks the same exact questions as the first person. Finish up and wait another 15 minutes to meet with a third person. The third person asks the SAME EXACT QUESTIONS AS THE TWO PEOPLE PRECEEDING. I couldn't help myself and just laughed hysterically in her face. Switch it up a bit.
