I have been working at Aspire Public Schools (More than 3 years)

    Pros

I like the freedom of being able to develop my own curriculum and working with a diverse student population.

    Cons

I would like a teacher's union and a more diverse teacher demographic.

    Advice to Management

It would be beneficial to have a more representative student population of the surrounding community.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Aspire Public Schools (Sacramento, CA) in August 2016.

    Interview

I got a call back right away, the day after I submitted an online application, cover letter, and resume. Was very willing to coordinate a phone interview because I was out of town. In person interview followed too.
