Pros

It’s really fun to be able to work on so many interesting and dynamic projects. The team is super talented and fun. The office space is fun and inviting.

Cons

Vision shifts a little too often, sometimes hard to have ownership over your work

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Assemble (Seattle, WA) in Feb 2021

    Interview

The interview process moved quickly and I felt that it was a very fair and equitable assessment of my ability as a developer but also dug into my personality as well.
    Interview

Standard interview questions, I don't remember the exact questions but it was largely naturally conversational.
