Small Company with little in the way to prevent communication to the upper echelon of management. Customer base is global and there is opportunity to work with teams in other countries.
Senior Leadership makes decisions which can compromise the company. They are penny-wise and pound foolish when investing in technology. They mis-represent their capabilities to clients and put employees in a position which prevents full disclosure to clients.
Advice to Management
Chetan really needs to assess how the team is managed and treated. Always selecting the cheapest option will eventually set the company up for failure. Honest business practices are a much better approach, and relationships matter.
