I have been working at Association of National Advertisers full-time

    Pros

Casual work environment, flexible scheduling and some great employee programs such as monthly wine & cheese, free lunch and breakfast days.

    Cons

No real authority to make decisions for those in management positions, a culture of micromanagement and lack of trust. Change can be a regular occurrence.

    Advice to Management

let your leaders lead and your managers manage.
