I worked at Association of National Advertisers full-time

    Pros

Relatively easy work. Fair compensation. Flexible work hours are great! This was an easy day job for me while I built my side gig. It's fine if you're not too invested in company politics.

    Cons

While I was there, management made a series of poor decisions that upset employees. The company claims to be stable and employee-centric, but in reality senior executives make random choices that regularly upset the status quo in the name of "pivoting", without any long-term strategy. This is an old-school company that is floundering in the new economy.

    Advice to Management

Walk your talk. If you say you're a flexible company with an investment in employee work-life balance, make it so.
