I worked at AssuraMed full-time (More than 3 years)
Fitness center, decent benefits. If you go along with executive management, you will keep your job. Opportunity to learn the industry and to make contacts. Some training but may be of little value depending on your role or career. Hourly employees have the chance to work a lot of overtime.
Long hours for no reward, constant change in leadership and priorities. Large divide between upper management and everyone else. There is not much opportunity to for promotion despite what the company wants you to believe. Raises are almost nonexistent.
Advice to Management
Be honest and follow through on your commitments. Don't promise or say one thing and then deliver something else. Provide training that is truly of value. You don't motivate the best people by treating them poorly - reward them for their hard work. Don't give someone a poor review or small raise and call it an opportunity to improve.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at AssuraMed.
Was required to fill out job app and turn it upon arriving for interview. Met with Manager, asked me about my experience. Hiring manager gave overview of company and position. Seemed interested asked if I was willing to return for a follow-up.
