Consisted of a phone screen, a technical interview/takehome, and an onsite. The technical interview/takehome involved having 90 mins to complete an assignment, then talking through it with the interviewers. The onsite was a mix of cultural and technical portions.How would you design a dashboard for [specific case study]? What metrics would you use? Tell us about a recent project you worked on. Walk us through it in detail.

...No WFH if you live in Jacksonville FL but have other wfh in other cities, no work life balance, basic call flow and guidelines change randomly with my notice until they are listening to calls, metrics change randomly per manager, no 401k match or really any other benefits like other companies offer, pto is accured as work, when u use pto u get put on disciplinary action even if you have pto HRA in bucket, no separate sick time and vacation time, no legit training, learn as you go and no policy hub so far....
