Publicis Health

I recently received an offer from iProspect (part of Dentsu) I’ve heard ups and downs about this company. I currently work for a great company and not sure if I should leave. The new opportunity pays a lot more than I currently make. Does anyone have any advice about this company and whether I should take the job or not?

"Cool employees and open communication"

Apr 6, 2016 - Account Manager in Elmhurst, IL
Recommends
Positive Outlook

Pros

Work environment is really easy going and focused around development of employees. Everyone is very eager to help each other out and most projects are team based. Everyone is very open and asking

Cons

Health benefits take a while to start. They have a strict late policy, which is a con if you're driving in from the city, where traffic can be hard to predict. Dress is always formal so I had to buy

Advice to Management

Please consider a casual Friday but besides that the open communication and personal involvement with employees is great. I especially enjoy the different networking events and travel opportunities.

  1. Account Manager Interview

    Application

I applied through college or university. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Assurance International (Elmhurst, IL)

    Interview

There were three parts of the interview. After applying to the position I was given a call the next day where I spent about 10-15 minutes on the phone with a person from HR. It was a pretty straight forward screen and I was given some information about the company.

I was brought in for a second interview with a hiring manager that lasted about an hour. We discussed my resume, what I was looking for in a company along with the position in a lot more detail.

Things went well and I was selected for a third interview where they did confirm my references and also confirmed I had a good understanding of the position. After this interview I was sent an offer letter along with a benefits and compensation package.
