Assurance International Reviews
Pros
Work environment is really easy going and focused around development of employees. Everyone is very eager to help each other out and most projects are team based. Everyone is very open and asking questions is encouraged. Since being here I've seen a lot of room for advancement and I've been given a lot of chances to travel.
Cons
Health benefits take a while to start. They have a strict late policy, which is a con if you're driving in from the city, where traffic can be hard to predict. Dress is always formal so I had to buy a new suit a few weeks into the position.

Interview
There were three parts of the interview. After applying to the position I was given a call the next day where I spent about 10-15 minutes on the phone with a person from HR. It was a pretty straight forward screen and I was given some information about the company.
I was brought in for a second interview with a hiring manager that lasted about an hour. We discussed my resume, what I was looking for in a company along with the position in a lot more detail.
Things went well and I was selected for a third interview where they did confirm my references and also confirmed I had a good understanding of the position. After this interview I was sent an offer letter along with a benefits and compensation package.InterviewWhat did you do to prepare for this interview?
