    Positive Outlook

I have been working at Astron Consulting full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Very good place to start or enhance your career in. Lots of areas of expertise (IT, business process, strategy, etc.). Lots of networking opportunities with people from all over the world who work for or who will work for very big or up-and-coming companies. Astron does seem to make an active effort to have a diverse team.

    Cons

I don't have at the time being.

    Advice to Management

Astron's main asset is their people, invest in them, and they will reward you.

    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Astron Consulting (Atlanta, GA) in August 2012.

    Interview

Had opening in NSN, since I had NSN experience which matches with requirement. Inteview was very much technical and my experience. They asked how would I handle project in difficult situation and whether i am ready to relocate. Interview went well and was selected for position.
