We’re tech professionals. But our passion is for the people who use it.

On one hand, Asurion is a tech company with more bells and whistles, gadgets and cutting-edge technology than you can imagine. But we’re all about people. And it’s why we focus our collective philanthropic efforts on helping people- in a program called Compassion Forward. Through it, we support our own team members and those in our communities by partnering with charitable organizations that help kids through the power of education.


We know that life can be tough. Our Compassion Fund is another way we commit to each other; it’s how we acknowledge that we’re all in this together. Funded by Asurion people, the funds are available to coworkers who have a financial need due to a catastrophic or life altering event.

    I have been working at Asurion full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Love the hours and flexibility. The training is thorough and efficient. Pay is great and benefits after 30 days!

    Cons

    As you are not allowed to have devices on the floor, it makes some trouble shooting difficult when the customer is just as not familiar with their device as you are.

    Advice to Management

    All the coaches should be the same mentality and possess the same management style to maximize the success of the company... My coach is great and all of them should be just as encouraging and motivating

    I applied online. The process took 4+ months. I interviewed at Asurion (Nashville, TN) in April 2015.

    Interview

    I interviewed with four different people over the course of about 5 hours. The people ranged from senior manager to Vice President. They were very professional, and personable. The recruitment team was fantastic, very helpful and friendly. The overall experience was positive and made me want to work for the company.

    Interview Questions

    • None of the interviewers asked canned interview questions, they wanted to get to know me, and asked about my experience specific to the job. They go to great lengths to ensure that the right people are hired within IT. Expect technical questions, and ask about the Asurion culture and how it affects IT.   Answer Question
