Innovative products. Well run. Pioneer in automated material handling and enclosed pod technology. A+ customers. Very competent team of engineers, support staff, and sales team. Good culture, minimum office politics. Was at company in earlier years (late nineties)
Struggles between founding CEO and BOD/senior executives created confused strategy. New generation of senior executives seemed less innovative and misaligned with vision of founder CEO.
Advice to Management
Should have left founder to run the company and continue vision for products and strategy. Not sure why everything collapsed so quickly after being a pioneer for so many years, but clearly there is a lesson to be learned here.
