Standard hoops, multiple calls and reference check. Final step was with the head of the company who stated they would be extending an offer and needed me to start in on week. When I said i could not start that soon demeanor changed then they ghosted me. When I followed up a few days later they said they reevaluated their needs. RED FLAGS!!!!!InterviewCan you start in one week?
