I have been working at Atd American Company full-time
I worked at ATD American for many years. I enjoyed my time there, and thought I'd be here until I retired. Lots of politics, and management is partial. If you show them you want to work then you were an employ of value
Company sold their furniture division, said they were trying to take care of current employees, but in the end didn't.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Atd American Company.
Interviewed THREE times. They wear your down, and lie about what they're willing to pay. By my third interview, I would've taken any offer...and that's exactly what happened. Four thousand less than what was offered on my initial phone interview. Not ethical.
As I said, I was told the position paid 4k more than I was offered. After three interviews and meeting the "family", you basically are worn down and grateful for the offer. Should have negotiated, but was young and stupid at the time.
