-Friendly -Showed a new area of engineering i havent preivioulsy considered -Pays a monthly salary -Work on high profile projects
-limited in terms of what you can be trusted to do -Not the most complicated work you will be doing
Advice to Management
Try to have more of a structured program for your interns so that they progress in more of a constructive maner.
Two phone interview, one by HR and one by dept director. HR just have some basic questions about your previous experiences but the second interview was more focused on technical question
