    Pros

Office environment is warm and welcoming. There is a stark balance between intense focus on what someone is doing and relaxing in the lounge over tea. Lunch is shared every day by all the coworkers and we all go out to lunch weekly.

    Cons

The two highest/most famous people at the think tank are often out for business. They will welcome you to work on projects, but are not there to be mentors.
It is a think tank, so you trade salary for working on what you love.

    Advice to Management

None. I have not seen and could not imagine a better workplace environment to be a part of.
