Atlas has a truly great group of people with an impressive cross-section of experiences, abilities and passion. I'm constantly pushed and challenged, with the actual opportunity to grow into larger roles within the company.
It's a lot of work and things change often, but that seems like a hallmark of a successful startup.
Advice to Management
As we grow, continue to attempt to see the company through the eyes of the newest employee. With such a strong culture, it can be daunting to assimilate.

They have a definite pattern for interview process. Started with a cultural interview, followed by a technical round. Both were done by a panel of at least two interviewers.
