Meet the CEO's daughter! She's smart, driven, humble, and full of joy! Just like her dad. And just like their business.
Our employees and associates work with the 2nd largest retailer and the largest communications company in the world! We focus on high-level customer service, sales, marketing for our clients and we also provide management opportunities and training at every one of our several office locations.
Our job is simple but extremely important to our clients. So we bring top-of-the-line training, experience, and expertise to ensure we are serving the best interest of our clients and the consumer.
At the same time, we make sure that ALL of our managers are organically grown - meaning we only promote from within
Employees meet at least three times a week at one of our several office locations. There, they learn and sharpen their business skills - developing in areas such as image and professionalism, profitability, customer service and communication, time management, leadership, performance consistency and goal setting.
One of the first things people notice about our office is our attention to diversity, art, business minds and professionalism, positive attitudes, and a culture that is specifically designed for growth, both personally and professionally.
The mornings are filled with dynamic meetings, coffee, breakfasts, music, role playing, and lots of one-on-one training. So of course, we love energetic and passionate people!
At Atmosphera, we believe diversity and inclusion at all levels is critical to the success of our business. A diverse workforce gives us the unique perspectives we need to build the most effective relationships with customers and clients. It's also vital to strengthening our organization. Delivering the best customer experience, giving back to our communities, winning as a team, and attracting and retaining top talent are all products of having a diverse and dynamic team.
And when it comes to equal pay and equal treatment, we believe there is no other way of doing business. This is a merit-based business. Which means we promote and reward based on the quality of the work performed. And that's fair. As it should be.
I have been working at Atmosphera full-time (Less than a year)
The business is designed to develop you to be a Business Owner, and focuses on personal development and character traits that reflect integrity.
The managers are looking for individuals looking to grow, and will help everyone along the way. Those that put in the most work, are the greatest students, and set goals to progress see the most success in this business.
The opportunity is something you have to be excited for. They will show you how to move forward, and point out areas of improvement; you'll need to be able to work with constructive criticism. You get what you put in to the business, so it heavily depends on your work ethic and motivation.
Advice to Management
Reach out to new staff and get their goals early, set a standard that will help them keep pace and know what to expect moving forward.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Atmosphera (Tacoma, WA).
The process took 2 days, starting with a first round interview then progressing to a second.
The 1st round interview was with one of the managers, Elizabeth, and it was really nice! It was a one on one interview in which we mainly talked about how my values and those of the company aligned. I didn't feel pressured at all and my initial nerves quickly went away as we got into just a normal conversation. I was offered a second interview by phone about 10 minutes after leaving, which really made me feel good!
The second interview was the next morning at 9:30am. This was a different structure and feel than the first interview. The second interview was a group interview in which there were about 8 people total. The CEO, Khalil, conducted this interview. It was an open Q&A session in which any concerns or questions were addressed directly. Just as the website said, we went into great detail of the pay, compensation, and day-to-day responsibilities. The CEO asked each person different questions and after about 20 minutes asked us all to wait in the lobby. He brought back 6/8 of us, offered us positions, and gave us feedback on our interviewing skills.
Overall, it was a really cool interview structure that I had never been a part of before! I gladly accepted the position and I absolutely love the people! Definitely come in for an interview if offered, it's worth learning more about the company!
