I have been working at Atmosphera full-time (Less than a year)
The business is designed to develop you to be a Business Owner, and focuses on personal development and character traits that reflect integrity.
The managers are looking for individuals looking to grow, and will help everyone along the way. Those that put in the most work, are the greatest students, and set goals to progress see the most success in this business.
The opportunity is something you have to be excited for. They will show you how to move forward, and point out areas of improvement; you'll need to be able to work with constructive criticism. You get what you put in to the business, so it heavily depends on your work ethic and motivation.
Advice to Management
Reach out to new staff and get their goals early, set a standard that will help them keep pace and know what to expect moving forward.

Unfortunately the job opening was not was I was looking for - I truly appreciated the kindness and professionalism of the interviewers. That was my first job interview and I was a little nervous, and they promoted a relaxed environment.
