Our employees and associates work with the 2nd largest retailer and the largest communications company in the world! We focus on high-level customer service, sales, marketing for our clients and we also provide management opportunities and training at every one of our several office locations.

I have been working at Atmosphera full-time
Some of the factors that attracted me with working for Atmosphera was how supportive and friendly the working environment is. They also care about giving back to the community. And the people you work with not only care about their personal growth but also your own. That was another factor that also attracted me. You were able to grow within the company.
It is quite fast paced depending on the speed that your learning and how fast your able to apply what you learned. This also means we're held to a higher standard. So you're able to improve on different aspects.
Some people may get overwhelmed with the pace of the company. As long as you put in time to really learn the material you'll be fine.
If you're work ethics are poor and you don't really care on improving it, working for this company is not for you. However if your someone who wants to strive to do better, I would definitely recommend to apply.
Advice to Management

I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Atmosphera (Tacoma, WA).
The process took 2 days, starting with a first round interview then progressing to a second.
The 1st round interview was with one of the managers, Elizabeth, and it was really nice! It was a one on one interview in which we mainly talked about how my values and those of the company aligned. I didn't feel pressured at all and my initial nerves quickly went away as we got into just a normal conversation. I was offered a second interview by phone about 10 minutes after leaving, which really made me feel good!
The second interview was the next morning at 9:30am. This was a different structure and feel than the first interview. The second interview was a group interview in which there were about 8 people total. The CEO, Khalil, conducted this interview. It was an open Q&A session in which any concerns or questions were addressed directly. Just as the website said, we went into great detail of the pay, compensation, and day-to-day responsibilities. The CEO asked each person different questions and after about 20 minutes asked us all to wait in the lobby. He brought back 6/8 of us, offered us positions, and gave us feedback on our interviewing skills.
Overall, it was a really cool interview structure that I had never been a part of before! I gladly accepted the position and I absolutely love the people! Definitely come in for an interview if offered, it's worth learning more about the company!
