About Us

Founded in August, 2014 Atmosphera is one of Washington’s fastest growing marketing firms working with some of the largest retailers and well-known technology giants in the world. We have a dual focus; one being the clients and partners we service; and two, our employees (who we also like to consider to be our partners).

We have several branches in the Pacific Northwest area managed by individuals who were developed internally and promoted through our office. These individuals take on marketing campaigns working with an extensive client base and generate tremendous revenue and longstanding careers.

Point blank period…we are looking for business partners. Our goal is to expand into more states, with more offices, and hear more success stories. We also want to continue to grow our client base. That means we need more talent. In order to reach our goals for the future, we work hard everyday to motivate, educate, and develop our people. Our future is only as good as the people we hire and the perspectives they hold.

The advantage of our training and the opportunities for professional development is that even those with limited work experience can build personal and professional skills that will last a lifetime.

The entire Management Training Program can take anywhere from 4 to 8 months to complete, depending on the capabilities, determination, and work ethic each candidate puts into the program.     I have been working at Atmosphera full-time


    Some of the factors that attracted me with working for Atmosphera was how supportive and friendly the working environment is. They also care about giving back to the community. And the people you work with not only care about their personal growth but also your own. That was another factor that also attracted me. You were able to grow within the company.

    It is quite fast paced depending on the speed that your learning and how fast your able to apply what you learned. This also means we're held to a higher standard. So you're able to improve on different aspects.


    Some people may get overwhelmed with the pace of the company. As long as you put in time to really learn the material you'll be fine.

    If you're work ethics are poor and you don't really care on improving it, working for this company is not for you. However if your someone who wants to strive to do better, I would definitely recommend to apply.

    Advice to Management

    I have no other advice for management beside to keep doing what your doing. 😊

    I applied through other source. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Atmosphera (Tacoma, WA) in September 2016.


    It was like no other interview I've ever been to or conducted. I had the opportunity to meet new people, & asked as many questions as I wanted. Interviewer made it feel confortable and i was not nervous. I saw a chance to be successful and i took it the minute i was offered.
