Diversity & Inclusion at Atomia

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Atomia (Niš) in Jul 2019
InterviewThe interview was brief but to the point, I was asked the basics of programming, and because of lack of previous experience, university projects and courses I took.
The HR and interviewer were friendly and overall, the interview wasn't too hard and I felt like it went well.
A few days later I got an e-mail of rejection, and while I didn't feel like I did anything wrong and wasn't angry about it, they didn't respond to any further e-mails about why I was rejected, which seems to be a standard practice in my city.Interview
They asked about my university projects I linked in my github, the details of their implementation and some basic programming questions such as removing duplicated from a list. I was also asked how I would implement a tetris game given all the assets except the code (what classes I would use for objects, how to handle rotations, lines, etc.)Answer Question
