    I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Atotech (Linköping) in Nov 2021

    Interview

    Despite even exceeding the academic requirements, I was reached by a simple cold e-mail informing me that they would have not proceeded with my application, without providing any feedback or reason, thus not guaranteeing impartiality. To the hiring manager: try to take a little of your precious time to explain your choice, especially when there are only a few applicants (only 3 on LinkedIn) so you can show that your company actually cares about people.
    Interview

    Not an interview. I write this to invite the hiring manager to put more heart into treating individuals. I understand it may not always be possible to reply to everyone, but it's also not acceptable to wait 2 weeks for a canned answer. If it's not possible to give feedback to everyone, impartiality can be secured by including in the application process problem-solving tests or general questions about the subject to verify the actual competence, rather than just skimming the CV for keywords.
