I worked at Atteloir full-time (More than 3 years)
Salaries and benefits are good
Supports and values professional development
Improved technology support and communication
Work was challenging
Not enough opportunity to get promoted due to size of the company
Sometimes staff sitting on government sites do not feel connected to the company
Advice to Management
Get more contracts and grow so there are opportunities for career-minded staff to be promoted
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Atteloir (Washington, DC) in April 2014.
INTERVIEW #1 - As a small business, I was able to sit down with the owner of the company on a one - on -one basis so that he could vet me personally. We briefly talked about my experience, but the main focus was on how he built the company - made it what it is today, and how to handle this particular client/contract. It was all semi-formal.
INTERVIEW #2 - Sat down with the primary client and a handful of subordinates. The main focus was two fold: 1) to gauge my understanding of the business 2) if my knowledge matched my resume.
