It is a small company that allows us to be creative to a certain extent. The leadership at the very top level have a good vision and we create a great product that benefits many in the legal industry.
Intensity of requirements with little compensation to match. Unfortunately upper management's vision and drive are not being reflected by mid-level management. Mid level management is setup more like a group of yes-women and yes-men. THey don't have drive, they don't have the vision and they don't have the professional ability to stand up for what they believe in. THey need to apply more of this drive to themselves and infuse this drive in their employees.
Advice to Management
They need to be more visionary and be able to see beyond what the immediate requirements are.
