I worked at Au Bon Pain (More than a year)

    Pros

    Wonderful staff to work with.

    Cons

    Low pay for work expected.

    Advice to Management

Provide actual incentive for your reliable employees by paying them what their work is worth. They quite likely are doing more than one job when they work, so it would be nice if their pay reflected that.
