  • Audley is currently wrapping up support for our 2017 Charity of the Year, WE. Thanks to some great fundraising efforts on both sides of the pond, we will have raised over £71,000 / $93,000 for this outstanding organization!

    Looking forward, we are excited to announce our 2018 charity ShelterBox! Right now, around 85 million people around the world have been made homeless by natural disaster and conflict. By providing emergency shelter and tools for families robbed of their homes by disaster, ShelterBox is transforming despair into hope.

What's it like to work at Audley?

We know how to have fun when we are not working hard! Our open-plan Boston office is situated in the trendy North End district near to the Boston Garden and New England Aquarium. There are views over the river to Cambridge and the modern financial district and some great eateries nearby.

Our location promotes activity!  From having our own on-site gym, subsidized spin classes to onsite yoga and circuit classes there is never a lack of things to get involved in.   If ping-pong is more up your street then grab a paddle for a lunchtime game, or you can chill out by the TV on the sofas in our snug rooms.  

In addition to daily events, hard work is rewarded here - Employees are given the opportunity to win spaces on our half yearly incentive top performer trips with locations such as Miami and Venice, Italy.  We make sure that there is plenty of opportunity to enjoy your colleagues by hosting Trivia nights, pool tournaments and company parties in venues like The City Winery and cruises around Boston Harbor.

    I have been working at Audley Travel full-time


    I truly love working at Audley. The staff is a dynamic group of intelligent, well-rounded people who are just fun to be around, making them even more of a pleasure to work with. In addition, there is a lot of transparency and communication between upper management and the rest of the staff. Every month we have an open house where the managing director updates us on what's going on around the company, and we in turn get to ask her questions about anything and everything! She takes concerns very seriously and has consistently worked towards solving employee concerns to maintain the amazing workplace culture we have. They are also very invested in professional development and aren't afraid of people moving around the company from department to department - or even country to country!


    Working hours are quite long, but this is also about to change, with no affect to salary - another result of concerns brought up at the monthly town hall!

    Keep the open flow of information going, it makes all the difference.

    I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at Audley Travel (Boston, MA) in June 2015.


    The interview process has changed since I was hired in 2015. It was a very intense interview given by three people and it lasted for a few hours. Country and travel knowledge are quizzed as well as sales experience.
