Technical Account Manager

Being a woman in tech, I only recently started advocating for myself at work about advancement opportunities. Because of this I wanted to ask this question to my male counterparts. When you have 1:1's with your direct reports and talk about career growth / aspirations what is your managers’ response typically? I’d like to gauge how my experience (negative) differs from others. For instance are you met with blockades, enthusiasm, dread, etc?

Bill Schell hasn't been the CEO in almost 3 years now maybe change that here on glassdoor Re: coming in as a new hire - maybe have smaller breakout HH just for teams to meet new coworkers in a

    *Stay away who says in person going send offer then ghost them!!! Absolutely most unprofessional thing I've ever seen!!

    +4 days Chat with Director via phone for 30min
    +3 days in person conversation. With said would send numbers be sent within week with offer. Over 5 business days pass with no word or response to my emails. Pretty crazy unprofessional.
