I worked at Aultman Health Foundation part-time (More than 10 years)
The staff is great to work with and makes the work enjoyable. The working hours are typical of a level II trauma center, as call is required of the job.
The working environment leaves a lot to be desired. The atmosphere is not about teamwork, as the younger generation has come onboard. Favoritism is shown for the younger employees, and the older employees are not valued.
Advice to Management
The operating room manager and some of the assistant managers need to be replaced, as they like to harass some employees. Favoritism is shown for the new generation of employees.
