Interview
The interview process spanned slightly more than a month for the associate role, consisting of four interviews and a writing test. These interviews included one with the hiring manager and separate interviews with each team member. While the process was relatively straightforward, it felt prolonged for a junior-level position. Two-three interviews max would've sufficed for this level and budget. I needed to follow up with the recruiter on several occasions to ensure that the process stayed on track with the intended timeline. Furthermore, I experienced a full business day's delay in response to an email the recruiter sent early in the morning, only to ultimately receive a rejection.
