I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Aureole (New York, NY) in March 2014.
Applied online and got an interview the next week. Sat with previous assistant general manager and got the job the same day. The questions were constant with most restaurant positions, they want to test your knowledge and meter your level of customer service. Aureole is a fine dining restaurant so they want to make sure your appearance is clean cut and you can handle the demands of working in a fine dining restaurant! Overall a simple interview.
