The people at top are just impeccable with instructions and project delivery. They know what they are talking about. They make policies beating all the standards of compliance and formulate their goal driven agendas. They know how to reap what they have sown. Just perfect organization to learn how to meet deadlines without compromising the quality
They are really goal oriented and that is not on the list of cons
Advice to Management
They should talk to mid management on day to day basis, to increase the productivity and improve the support system
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Aurionpro Solutions (Phoneton, OH) in November 2015.
In interviewing, availability was stressed point. The recruiter job definition was vague and placement was the driver at interview. The job was defined by a third party which made the interview a complicated process. As previously stated, the availability was for immediate positioning and was declined on professional courtesy to existing employer.
Reasons for Declining
Any recruitment requiring insufficient notice to a current employer is a sign of the courtesy which will be returned in future employment.
