What's Our Story?

Austin Fraser started a garage in England! Our co-founders, Pete and Del, kicked off the AF journey back in 2007 armed with nothing but one big vision. Eight years later, we had a thriving brand across Europe including offices in Munich and Berlin, Germany. We initiated operations in the United States starting in Austin, TX in late 2015. It was a huge success, so we established our next US presence in Denver, CO in January 2017, then Dallas, TX in 2018, and most recently San Diego in 2019!

Here at Austin Fraser, we’re continually growing and moving forward. We don't plan on slowing down anytime soon, so if you're hungry for success, join us!

    I have been working at Austin Fraser full-time (More than a year)


    When the going gets tough, the tough get going, right? Well I'm really proud of all the decisions the Senior Leadership team has made during this unprecedented time. They have championed their people, improved employer branding, and maintained an excellent service level to our clients.


    We had to furlough a few people and eliminate a very limited amount of positions which is never fun, however it was the right call at the time.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the good work and get us back to the new "normal"!

    I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Austin Fraser (Austin, TX) in October 2019.


    Initial phone screen followed by another phone interview with hiring manager. Next step was an in-person interview. I met with three people. Interview was 1.5 hrs and was very in depth. They wanted to know every detail about my past experience and motivators. They told me about the job and then I had to do a Role Play where I had to ask questions and "sell" the perfect candidate. This was followed by an "off the cuff" exercise which was easy. I was then brought in the following day to meet with another person who asked me some more questions and a lot of the same ones. My feedback was that I didn't explain my goals or work motivators well enough... which I thought I did.
