    Schedule flexibility, awesome PTO, cross-training available, awesome management, multiple locations to choose from, yearly raises

    Cons

    Very low pay, very expensive health insurance, no health insurance premiums price lowering program, not much room for advancement

    Advice to Management

    Pay needs to match Cost of Living in Austin, Tx, and add some kind of Insurance Premium price lowering program

    The process took a week. I interviewed at Austin Regional Clinic.

    Interview

    Initial communications were fairly straightforward. Was requried to do a presentation in front of a large group mid-interview. The interview itself was at least 8+ people in a conference room all asking questions. Seems like a very close knit team.
