    Pros

    Auth0 is the best software company to work for in the Seattle Area. The team is an incredibly diverse organization filled with high achievers that get the job done and then some.

    Perks include but not limited to; getting to work remote whenever you please, great pay, freedom to be an individual, freedom to experiment in your work, company offsite in global locations such as Panama and Cancun, and friends in global regions.

    The work environment is a healthy competitive environment with zero room for people that want to ride the coattails of others success.

    You have the opportunity to have great relationships with all the c-level executives.

    Cons

    With such fast growth sometimes the wrong people get hired at entry level positions with no way to get them up to speed in the fast-paced environment.

    Advice to Management

    Promote internally to not lose the top talent.
