    Pros

I loved my clients and being a part of their learning. My supervisors were excellent. They'd provide regular check-ins and were very responsive if I had a question. My training was very comprehensive. ABI is an excellent place to work and offers opportunities for advancement.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Autism Behavior Intervention (Encino, CA) in January 2018.

    Interview

I was interviewed alone due to a no show but normally interviews are done as a group. The office can be hard to find but it was not an issue for me. The hiring personnel went over my resume and asked what I liked and did not like about previous jobs. They wanted to go over classes taken in college that were relevant. I was asked about secondary languages known.
