I worked at AutoZone full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great work environment. Also get a small employee discount. The other store employees are always willing to help you out.

    Cons

Retail business works every weekend and holiday, these stores only close on Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays. Sometimes you have to work outside in the rain installing wiper blades.

    Advice to Management

Keep maintaining the great work environment

    Application

I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at AutoZone.

    Interview

Coming into the store, I was greeted by three people. The manager greeted me with a smile and took me back to the room for the interview. the interview lasted about 30 minutes. At first it was several questions, and then we just had a conversation.
