Advice to Management
I've been at AHS 5+ years. I've been very happy here. My best piece of advice is to start the search for senior project staff before new projects begin and have them hired by the time of project initiation.
I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Automated Health Systems.
A written sample was provided to be edited along with a request for an impromptu PowerPoint creation/presentation. After applicants were further screened, a follow-up interview was conducted with the QA manager, HR, and the potential employee. Reviewed resume, spoke about expectations.

Our pursuit of URAC Health Call Center Accreditation is a testament to our dedication to quality management principles and our commitment to establishing an infrastructure that meets defined standards for staff training, call center performance, monitoring and much more. Taking place annually throughout the month of October, Breast Cancer Awareness Month aims to raise awareness about the disease and raise funds for research into its cause, prevention, diagnosis, treatment and cure.
Each year, AHS celebrates with our Survivors by holding a breakfast to promote awareness, remember those we have lost and give employees an opportunity to help continue the fight against breast cancer. Kimberly Conner, Executive Senior Vice President of Human Resources said, “Giving back is so important to our culture at AHS. As we consider good health and nutrition crucial to a positive lifestyle, we are happy to sponsor an annual breakfast in our Pittsburgh office in support of this vital initiative.”
