InterviewInterview process was odd. Although they always have more than enough resumes for every job, if you don't get your resume in the hands of the RIGHT person, you will not get a call. Then interview questions were easy softball questions.
Sales people-will be asked to "sell me a product" to the company rep. if its an executive position (VERY RARE HERE), very flat organization, then it is a bit harder, but not overdone.1 Answers
