    Pros

Great people and culture. Training was excellent and prepared you for the field. Managers let you dou your job without micro managment.

    Cons

Product selection was poor, one drug for over 5 years. Formulary coverage was lacking and commitment to big plans was difficult at best. Lack of unrestricted access caused difficulties.

    Advice to Management

Management did a great job positioning the company to be sold. They acquired great products to move the company and paid reps extremely well.

    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Auxilium Pharmaceuticals (Houston, TX).

    Interview

My experience was very positive. Relevant questions.....very natural conversation. I had to complete a business analysis from dummy data that the RBM provided for me. It allowed me to show how I analyze information.

    Interview Questions

    • How would you handle a difficult colleague or customer (not really difficult to answer)   Answer Question

    Negotiation

I was able to negotiate an additional 5K.
