Hello everyone, I’ve been working for my company for well over 10 years now. When COVID took our nation by storm, I began taking classes with my union in an effort to improve my skills and make myself look more presentable on paper. 40 certificates later, I now find myself at a cross roads: A large majority of these “leadership” positions pay less than what I’m currently making as a porter. How is it possible that companies expect to pay Superintendent/Resident Managers the pay of Porter !?

      Nice enough people, but terrible process with no communication or final determination. Just left hanging after investing time to interview multiple rounds. Understandable not to be chosen for a role, completely unprofessional to not communicate with candidates.
