Mission: Leading business communications for the digital age.
I worked at Avaya full-time (More than a year)
- Very collaborative: My entire team, including other network engineers and my manager, stayed up to date on a weekly basis. We also worked together to solve issues on many occasions.
- Very available: The networking team was available most of the time to help share information and solve problems.
Not many bad sides, except that the Avaya networking team got sold off due to Avaya's debt restructuring process.
Advice to Management
Keep it up!
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Avaya (Santa Clara, CA) in January 2012.
Got in touch via recruiter. Pretty straight forward interview. Took about 2 days between 5-6 people. Questions were easy. Didn't get the job since i was told that there were looking for someone with more experience.
