Positive Outlook

Pros

The environment is relaxed and easygoing. Team meetings and lunches. Definitely a place where you can grow in your experience and skill without the bosses hounding you to "get it out fast".

Cons

Management is a little bit like the "Good ole boy's club" and for a newcomer it may seem hard to fit in at the start. They do sometimes expect you to work outside of your comfort zone, either by
