Growth  Group

Within the Growth Group, we focus on getting the AvidXchange voice and product out into the world.     If you like high growth companies where you get the opportunity to really help build a business AvidXchange is perfect for you. Your ability contribute and make a difference, no matter your level, is fantastic. You are not a cog in the wheel here. And diversity across the company is great. As a working mom, I have never been made to feel as if I have to choose between my job or my kids.


    The food choices around the campus could be better, but the morning coffee bar is run by a local Charlotte place and it's FANTASTIC.

    Advice to Management

    I have found the management team to be fantastic. Engaging, open to feedback and actually really nice people across the board. Doubling the size of your company in just a few years can be tough though for the most well-oiled business and management should keep an eye out on the processes and resources they're putting in place to support that.

    I applied online. I interviewed at AvidXchange (Salt Lake City, UT) in August 2015.


    I applied through online portal. I was contacted by the recruiter 2-3 days later.
    Was asked for a phone interview. The call was about for an hour. Technical interview.
    It went well covered everything the job description had and in general all the core technology related questions. After a day I got an email from recruiter asking for a face to face. Gave my interview in salt lake city branch with a manager and 5 developers in the room. The interview was for 3 hrs. The interview was mostly technical and little bit of HR type. Liked the over all process. Two days later I got an offer. The interviews were technical but it was all good and calm.
